We understand that buying a new home and going through the purchase process may not be quite as much fun as shopping for a new home, but it sure is exciting, and a process that we will guide you through step-by-step. We have established the following sales procedures to provide a fair and respectful way to help you secure your priority to purchase a new home at GreenDoor at Edenglen.
We invite you to join the GreenDoor Interest List and select "GreenDoor" as your neighborhood of interest in order to stay informed about community news, future sales releases and events.
You will be able to secure your priority position to purchase a home at GreenDoor by completing 10 short questions online. GreenDoor at Edenglen purchase priority will be established by the chronological order in which the completed form is received by Brookfield Homes.
We hope after you have reviewed the floorplans, features, and home locations, you will feel that this is the community for you. If so, complete the loan application with BHS Homes Loans (a joint venture between Brookfield Homes and Wells Fargo) and we will review your application and work towards providing you with the pre-approval needed to secure your new home at GreenDoor at Edenglen. In order to participate in the sales release, you will need to provide the following documentation listed below to GreenDoor at Edenglen.
